An introduction from Christine Frank, the new owner of Twin Cities Industrial Controls (TCIC):

Christine Frank, the new owner of TCIC and would like to introduce myself to our wonderful customers. I am an industry veteran in the industrial controls and process automation industries with over 25 years of experience. My most recent focus has been on IIOT and Industry 4.0 technologies. I believe the next chapter of our legacy will be extraordinary. Our focus will be on YOU. Our 4000+ clients have become our partners, and eventually a part of our family.

At a time when we I purchased TCIC, we were all living under the constraints of COVID-19 and lockdowns, TCIC never slowed down. We have continuing on a journey that we began 27 years ago. I am excited about being able to work with and meet our current clients and to earn our future customers’ business.

We are a customer-focused and solutions-oriented supplier and love talking with our clients, assisting them to select best-in-class products. In this day and age, it can be confusing to select from a confusing assortment of products. The difference is not necessarily which products you select but how you use them, keeping in mind that in our industry, today’s solutions will often be around and still working 20 years from now. This is one of the areas in which we excel.

As part of being a partner, our team thinks of itself as an extension of your business, who’s role will be to recommend the best solutions in the industry. Our approach will be to provide innovative, cost effective results, without forgetting that another mission is to build on the legacy the former owner, John Rudick, has fostered during the years he has spent with you.
